Your new company
I'm looking for an experienced consultant who can join a credible business to help with a piece of work. This role is inside scope of IR35 and paying £700-850 per day depending on experience. The role is hybrid working.
Your new role
The Service Mapping Consultant role sits within the Computacenter Tech Ops Res suite of services to build and improve service chain maps that show how important business services depend on applications, infrastructure, data, suppliers, people and locations.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in service mapping, CMDB, IT asset management, application dependency mapping, technology operations or service architecture.
- Understanding of business services, technology services, applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, data dependencies and supplier relationships.
- Ability to facilitate discovery workshops and translate technical dependency information into clear service chain views.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, service mapping, discovery tools, APM tools or equivalent platforms is desirable.
- Strong analytical and data validation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex dependency information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
