Senior ServiceNow AI Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow AI Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, combining IT Service Management (ITSM), Employee Experience, and AI-driven automation.

The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow platform architecture expertise and hands-on experience with Now Assist, AI Agents/Agentic AI, Virtual Agent, Employee Center, UI Builder, Performance Analytics, and enterprise integrations.

Key Requirements

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITSM Pro.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Agents and Agentic AI.
  • Strong ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design experience.
  • Experience with Now Assist and AI-powered automation.
  • Expertise in Virtual Agent and conversational workflow design.
  • Experience with IntegrationHub and enterprise integrations.
  • Knowledge of Service Portal, Employee Center, and UI Builder.
  • Experience designing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and Performance Analytics solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer and workflow automation.
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub spokes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow ITSM solutions across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Major Incident Management.
  • Design and implement Now Assist and AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Define and configure AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and AI-driven automation.
  • Identify business and operational use cases for Agentic AI.
  • Design Virtual Agent topics and conversational workflows across ITSM, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
  • Design modern employee experiences using Employee Center, Service Portal, and UI Builder.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and Performance Analytics solutions.
  • Lead enterprise integrations using IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub spokes.
