We're hiring: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Digital Clarity is a specialist ServiceNow consultancy. We focus on core modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, Field Service Management, Portal, Contract Management, TPRM and Vendor Risk. Our work goes into some serious environments, often alongside the big system integrators, and the quality of the platform we deliver is what sets us apart.
We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join us and take real ownership of delivery.
What you'll do
- Design and build ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and our specialist modules
- Lead the technical side of client engagements, from scoping through to go live
- Write clean, scriptable, upgrade-safe configuration and code
- Mentor less experienced developers and set the standard for how we build
- Work directly with clients and partners, translating requirements into working solutions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
