Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled certified ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in system administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing ServiceNow workflows, ensuring seamless interaction with automation systems, and driving end-to-end automation initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow administration and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Design data models, create user interfaces, implement security, automate processes, and integrate data.
- Build robust applications to solve business challenges and contribute to the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with various automation systems to facilitate end-to-end automation processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the ServiceNow environment, providing timely resolutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to workflows, processes, and system configurations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.

Mandatory Skills:
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow administration, including configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows and automation capabilities.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of Service Portal and UI Builder.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in ServiceNow administration or development are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
