Are you passionate about designing and developing innovative ServiceNow solutions that help organisations manage risk, drive compliance, and deliver meaningful business outcomes?

We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer to join our growing ServiceNow practice. While experience across Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM), or Integrated Risk Management (IRM) is valued, this role has a particular focus on the development, enhancement, and optimisation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.

Working alongside highly skilled consultants, architects, and technical specialists, you'll play a leading role in delivering complex ServiceNow implementations for a diverse client base. You'll be empowered to influence solution design, contribute to technical strategy, and mentor colleagues while continuing your own professional development through ServiceNow learning paths and certifications.

We can offer great career progression opportunities, the ability to be based anywhere across the UK, benefits which you can flex to meet your needs, and training and development opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, with a primary focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and opportunities across EAM and FSM.
  • Designing and implementing scalable workflows, data models, security controls, and governance frameworks aligned with ServiceNow best practice.
  • Translating business requirements into innovative technical solutions that support risk, compliance, asset, and field service processes.
  • Developing and supporting integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs, and third-party platforms to maximise business value.
  • Troubleshooting complex technical challenges, driving platform optimisation, and reducing technical debt across client environments.
  • Mentoring junior team members and promoting engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
