About the role
We are looking for a Senior Services Field Sales Representative to help drive continued growth within Schneider Electric's Services business in Sweden. As a senior member of the Services Sales team, you will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new service opportunities, and expanding recurring revenue streams across a portfolio of key customers.
You will play a critical role in driving consulting, modernization, digital services, and long-term service agreements while supporting Schneider Electric's growth ambitions. This position requires a highly experienced sales professional who can operate independently, build trusted customer relationships, and influence stakeholders across complex customer environments.
What will you do?
- Lead sales initiatives within Schneider Electric's Services business.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies for existing and new customers.
- Identify and pursue greenfield & brownfield opportunities within assigned territory and customer segments.
- Drive contract renewals while expanding service scope through upselling and cross-selling activities.
- Promote consulting, digital services, modernization solutions, and recurring service agreements.
- Build executive-level customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with all business units, technical experts, and wider sales teams.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline while delivering against ambitious growth targets.
- Support and guide less experienced colleagues where appropriate.
What are we looking for?
- Extensive experience in technical sales, service sales, or solution selling.
- Solid experience selling within energy management, electrical distribution and critical IT infrastructure and preferably industrial automation.
- Proven track record of consistently delivering sales growth and achieving targets.
- Strong business development and account management experience.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience selling services, maintenance agreements, lifecycle solutions, or digital services.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred experience
- Experience working with Data Centers, Cloud Providers, Hyperscalers, Critical Infrastructure, Industrial Automation, Energy Management, or Electrical Distribution.
- Understanding of automation systems and electrical infrastructure.
- Existing network within the Swedish market.
