Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for

Senior Services Sales Specialist

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, consultative and sales-driven, with a proven track record of selling IT Services and Managed Services. You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience selling IT Services / Managed Services in the UK
  • Experience working for an MSP, Managed Services Provider or IT Services business
  • A strong track record of developing and closing complex, high-value opportunities
  • Experience working on strategic tenders and bids, including contributing to bid writing and tender responses
  • Experience with Public Sector frameworks, Local Government and/or Corporate customers
  • Strong commercial understanding of services, including profitability, risk and pricing
  • The confidence to engage with senior and C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation and deal-shaping skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with technical and delivery teams without needing to be the technical expert yourself

This is a role for someone who gets excited by the big opportunities - the complex, strategic deals where you need to understand the customer's business, spot the opportunity, build the proposition and bring the right people together to win it. You should be comfortable owning your pipeline, having commercial conversations with customers and shaping opportunities from early discovery through to tender and close.
