Title: Senior SFCC E-commerce Lead Manager

Permanent

Location: London, UK (2 days onsite a week)

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11+ years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud specializing in PWA Kit and SFRA to design and develop scalable eCommerce solutions

Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain eCommerce solutions using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud with expertise in PWA Kit and Salesforce Reference Architecture SFRA.
  • Configure and customize Business Manager features including content library, asset slots, promotions, campaigns, site preferences, catalogues, and product management.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components leveraging ISML templates, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, SCSS, and Bootstrap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality gates, and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to eCommerce platform implementations and integrations.
  • Stay updated with emerging Salesforce Commerce Cloud technologies and industry trends to enhance platform capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead design and implementation of complex Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud projects focusing on PWA Kit and SFRA frameworks.
  • Mentor and guide junior technical consultants and developers during all phases of the project including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and compliance with best practices.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with QA, UX/UI, and product teams to deliver seamless digital consumer experiences.
  • Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement recommendations to optimize platform performance and user engagement.
