Work Across NI & GB Sites Supporting a Well-Established Integrated Management System
About the Company
Our client is a well-established manufacturing organisation operating across Northern Ireland and Great Britain. With operations spanning multiple business units, they have built a strong reputation for safety, quality, and environmental compliance, underpinned by robust ISO-accredited management systems.
The Role
This is a developmental role designed to build a future SHEQ Manager. You'll support the SHEQ Manager in maintaining compliance with the company's Integrated Management System — covering Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and Chain of Custody — across all business units. Working closely with operational teams, you'll help embed a culture of continuous improvement, standardised working practices, and operational excellence, while gaining hands-on exposure to audits, investigations, and quality initiatives that will build your leadership capability over time.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
