About The Job

The Shoot Producer is responsible for producing all creative content for the brand, primarily focusing on Campaign and Studio shoot workflows. You ensure that all imagery is of the highest standard, reflective of brand DNA and creative guidelines, while delivering shoots effectively on time and within budget.

Responsible for..

Shoot Production & Logistics

  • Manage all campaign shoots from pre- to post-production, including securing locations, crew (photographers, videographers, hair & makeup), and handling all logistics and props.
  • Ensure all necessary forms, including Health & Safety, model bookings, photographer releases, call sheets, and permits, are completed in advance.
  • Manage campaign and E-com shoot schedules in line with the Critical Path and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
  • Distribute shoot mood boards within 48 hours post-shoot and share final high-res campaign images with the wider business.
  • Work with retouchers to ensure correct selections are processed for colour, style, and length before final sign-off and filing into the Image Library.

Talent & Relationship Management

  • Cast suitable models and proactively seek new creative talent, including photographers, art directors, and stylists.
  • Manage relationships with model and creative agencies while maintaining up-to-date presentations and databases of models, crew, and locations.
  • Coordinate with Design, Buying, and Marketing departments to align product and trends for upcoming shoots.
  • Line manage, mentor, and develop Shoot Coordinator

Financial & Commercial Accountability

  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring the budget sheet is updated, invoices are accurate, and correct financial codes are assigned.
  • Negotiate the most affordable rates for crew and talent to ensure all costs are met within approved limits.
  • Regularly review trade performance and stay up-to-date with fashion, online, and blogger trends to share findings with the team.

  • Advanced experience and expertise in fashion shoot production for both Campaign and E-com.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of and existing contacts within the industry (photographers, stylists, set designers, agencies).
  • Proven ability to work simultaneously across multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to plan intricate projects, including international travel.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and track budgets effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
