About Varley Clothing

Varley is a contemporary fashion brand for the modern woman. Founded in 2015 by husband-and-wife Lara and Ben Mead, we are an international, family-run business headquartered between London, Los Angeles, and New York.

We create year-round collections designed to build an elevated wardrobe for how women live and move. From knitwear and outerwear to everyday staples and active pieces, our collections blend style, function, and versatility.

Varley exists to instil quiet confidence through meaningful connections that enhance everything women already are. As women’s lives evolve, so do we.

Our international family-run team is 85% female, making us proud to be a brand for women, by women. We are guided by two core beliefs: the pursuit of quality in everything we do and looking after one another.

Senior Shoot Producer – Varley

This role will work from two locations, our London office and also our Wandsworth studio.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Shoot Producer to lead and execute Varley’s creative productions from concept through to final delivery.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone with significant experience working within fashion, luxury or premium lifestyle brands, with a strong track record of producing high-quality campaigns, e-commerce, studio shoots and brand storytelling.

Working closely with our Brand Managing Director, Brand Marketing, Content and external partners, you will translate creative direction and business priorities into clear, accountable and deliverable production plans.

You will own the full production process across pre-production, production and post-production support, while also building the systems and processes needed to give the business greater visibility, control and consistency across all shoots.

We are looking for someone highly experienced, commercially aware, creatively sensitive and solutions focused, who understands the standards required within an elevated fashion brand and knows how to create the structure that enables exceptional work to happen.

You will lead and execute multiple productions across campaigns, e-commerce, studio shoots and brand storytelling.

You will work closely with Creative and Brand teams to turn briefs and creative direction into clear production plans, establishing scope, schedules, budgets, resources and responsibilities from the outset.

A key part of the role will be building and owning stronger production systems across the business, including shoot calendars, production schedules, budget visibility, approvals and project tracking. You will create clear visibility across all live and upcoming productions, ensuring teams understand what is happening, when decisions are required, what has been approved and where risks or conflicts sit. You will own production budgets from estimate through to reconciliation, managing costs throughout each project and ensuring clear visibility of committed and forecast spend.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
