Senior Shopper Marketing Manager (With a cool drinks brand)

📍 Leeds | Hybrid – Monday to Wednesday in the office 💰 Up to £60,000 + 10% Bonus 🥂 Leading Drinks Brand

🍓 The Opportunity

Fancy joining one of the coolest and most recognisable drinks brands around? We’re looking for a brilliant Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to join the award-winning marketing team of a leading drinks brand in Leeds.

This is a big, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves getting things done and brings a genuine can-do attitude. You’ll take the lead on shopper marketing across the Off-Trade, turning ambitious brand strategy into compelling customer stories and standout activations across grocery, convenience and wholesale.

You’ll manage two direct reports and work closely with Sales, Category, customers, retail media partners and agencies.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants layers of process and lengthy sign-offs. This is a small, entrepreneurial team behind a huge consumer brand, so you’ll need to be comfortable spinning multiple plates, making things happen and mucking in when needed.

In return? You’ll get the opportunity to make a genuine impact at one of the coolest and best-loved drinks brands around.

🍺 What You’ll Be Doing

Shopper & Customer Marketing

  • Own the annual customer brand planning process across major grocery and convenience customers.
  • Develop and deliver through-the-line shopper marketing strategies and activations across retail, convenience and cash & carry.
  • Translate major brand campaigns into brilliant customer and shopper activity.
  • Lead marketing within key Off-Trade customer meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with grocery customers, buyers and retail media partners.
  • Develop, execute and evaluate customer activations and communications.
  • Use insight and category data to create compelling selling stories.
  • Regularly evaluate and present campaign and activation performance.
  • Manage shopper marketing budgets effectively.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

🙋 Who We’re Looking For

You’ll have at least five years’ experience in shopper/customer marketing, ideally gained within FMCG.
