The Recipe for Success: Role Summary

It is not often you have an opportunity in your career such as this, to define, lead and execute an entirely new function with a brand as renowned and loved as Le Creuset.

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to shape and lead our UK&I Commercial Marketing agenda and help define how consumers experience Le Creuset across wholesale and our own retail network.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of brand, shopper, retail and commercial growth. You will be accountable for transforming our shopper marketing capabilities for our Own Retail channel, shaping it to become a high-performing, brand-defining marketing channel. This role demands the ability to rapidly take strategy into execution to define the experience and ritual that this channel affords us. You will also be working with leading luxury retailers John Lewis, Harrods and Liberty to find ways to better activate our brand and elevate our premium status.

You will work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Retail, Category and our key customers to ensure Le Creuset shows up brilliantly wherever consumers discover, experience and buy Le Creuset.

As a people leader, you'll mentor and develop the Shopper Marketing Manager, helping to cultivate a high-performing team while championing fresh ideas, new growth opportunities and continuous improvement. Together, you'll establish Own Retail as a strategic marketing powerhouse, creating memorable consumer experiences and delivering commercial results worthy of the Le Creuset name.

Ingredients: Key Responsibilities

What’s On Your Daily Menu

These are the everyday ingredients you’ll be working with:

  • Leading Strategic Customer Partnerships

    • Acting as the senior marketing partner for key accounts including John Lewis Partnership, Harrods, Liberty and other strategic retailers.
    • Building strong relationships with customer marketing, category and commercial teams to unlock exciting new opportunities, exclusive activations and innovative collaborations.
    • Working closely with Commercial and Account teams to identify opportunities to increase category penetration, improve shopper conversion and drive growth.
    • Ensuring all customer marketing activity reflects Le Creuset's premium positioning whilst delivering against shared commercial goals.
  • Delivering Best-in-Class Commercial Marketing

    • Overseeing the planning and execution of commercial marketing programmes across both wholesale and own retail channels.
    • Guiding and supporting the Commercial (Trade) Marketing Manager to bring channel plans, retail campaigns and experiential activations to life.
    • Ensuring all point-of-sale materials, merchandising, retail theatre and shopper marketing activity are flawlessly executed and consistently on-brand.
    • Creating memorable launch campaigns and customer experiences that inspire consumers and drive performance.
    • Bringing innovation to the shopper journey, identifying new technologies, partnerships, experiences and ways of engaging consumers across physical and digital retail environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
