About The Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and professional Senior Site Administrator to join our Construction team.

This is a varied role that combines responsibility for the day-to-day administration and smooth running of a dedicated construction site with wider site coordination responsibilities across a number of live developments. Acting as the primary administrative lead for your assigned site, you will ensure site operations run efficiently while also supporting consistency, best practice and operational effectiveness across the wider site administration function.

Working closely with site teams, Site Administrators and internal support departments, you will play a key role in maintaining high administrative standards, supporting site mobilisation activities and ensuring our project offices operate smoothly and professionally.

Important Notice - Location Transition

This role will initially be based at our Horlicks Quarter development in Slough, providing an opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of our systems, processes and ways of working. The successful candidate will then transition to our Hemel Hempstead development from approximately July 2027, where they will continue in the role supporting the day-to-day operation of the site and wider site coordination activities. Applicants should be comfortable travelling to and working from both locations.

What You'll Be Doing

Site Administration Duties

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and office coordination of an assigned construction site, including:

  • Managing the general administration and smooth running of the site office.
  • Supporting health and safety administration, site entry systems and essential site documentation.
  • Coordinating sustainability returns and ensuring site information is submitted accurately and on time.
  • Processing weekly subcontractor payments and supporting site teams with payment-related administration.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, facilities and general site office requirements.
  • Supporting communication with neighbours, residents and external stakeholders where required.
  • Taking accurate meeting notes and distributing actions in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring the site office is well-organised, professional and operating effectively on a day-to-day basis.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Provide operational cover and additional support across sites during periods of holiday, sickness, training, increased workload or prior to the appointment of a permanent Site Administrator on a new development.
  • Coordinate site setup and mobilisation activities, including new site office establishment, office relocations, compound planning, IT requirements and the preparation of essential site documentation, working closely with internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Manage key cross-site administrative systems and reporting, including maintenance of the Construction SharePoint page, coordination of sustainability KPI reporting and support for Health & Safety administration processes and initiatives.
