Teamforce Labour are currently looking for Senior Site Engineers to join a major long-term project in Torpoint.

The Role
As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the engineering delivery of the works on site, including setting out, quality control, technical coordination and working closely with the wider project team.
The project involves deep excavation, reinforced concrete works and complex temporary works, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Engineer looking for a challenging, long-term project.
About You
You will ideally have:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent in an engineering-related discipline
- Relevant CSCS card
- Strong experience in setting out
- Experience working on deep excavation projects
- Strong reinforced concrete (RC) experience
- Experience with complex temporary works
- The ability to work effectively within a demanding site environment
- Excellent Attention to Detail and Technical Understanding

Security Requirements – Essential
Due to the nature of the project, candidates must:
- Hold a passport from a MISWG (Multinational Industrial Security Working Group) member country
- Be eligible for, and willing to undergo, the required security clearance vetting
- Be able to provide a continuous, verifiable five-year address history to support the vetting process
Security clearance typically takes several weeks, so early applications are encouraged.
Working Hours & Package
- Monday to Friday, 07:30–18:00
- 10 paid hours per day
- Standard Kilnbridge site hours
- Preferably salaried/PAYE
- Salary negotiable depending on experience
