This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional looking to develop their career within a dynamic and high-performing project team.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of construction works on site, ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. • Take particular responsibility for the management of Health & Safety and site logistics.
  • Lead subcontractor coordination meetings, record minutes and update relevant project information.
  • Support the Project Manager in managing contractor packages from commencement through to completion.
  • Undertake Quality Assurance inspections and checks to ensure works are delivered to the required standards.
  • Inspect construction works for compliance with drawings, specifications, regulations and industry standards.
  • Facilitate the flow of information between design teams and contractors, including management of Requests for Information (RFIs) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Review design information and drawings to assess constructability ahead of works commencing on site.
  • Produce progress reports and photographic records, keeping management informed of project status and assigned tasks.
  • Provide technical support and engineering input to construction activities.
  • Supervise and monitor temporary works, ensuring compliance with approved designs and relevant procedures.
  • Ensure permits, including permit to load, permit to strike and hot works permits, are correctly implemented and managed.
  • Maintain accurate daily records, including site diaries, photographs and reports covering:
    • Health and safety
    • Quality and environmental matters
    • Construction progress
    • Technical decisions and changes
    • Labour and equipment utilisation
    • Deliveries and significant site events
  • Provide guidance, support and oversight to contractors where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
