Our client is a leading UK construction and development business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors. Due to a significant project win, they are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team on a prestigious new-build golf resort development in St Andrews. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role on a landmark project that will create a luxury destination and showcase exceptional construction standards.
Your new role
As Senior Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the internal fit-out of six high-specification accommodation lodges, each valued at approximately £3.5m. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team, you will oversee the delivery of luxury finishes, coordinate subcontractors, manage programme requirements, and ensure the highest standards of health & safety and quality throughout the build process.
Upon completion of the lodges, you will transition into managing the fit-out of the resort's flagship halfway house, maintaining the same exacting standards expected on this prestigious development. This role offers the opportunity to manage a unique, high-profile project from fit-out through to handover while working with an established and highly regarded contractor.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager, Site Manager or Project Manager within the construction industry.
- Strong internal fit-out experience, ideally involving high-end residential, hospitality, leisure or luxury accommodation projects.
- Excellent subcontractor management and programme coordination skills.
- A strong focus on quality, finishing standards and client satisfaction.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
- The ability to lead site teams, drive construction programmes and maintain health & safety compliance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
