Role Purpose
As the Senior Site Manager, you will oversee the entire construction process, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the key point of contact on-site, coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and the client. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the project's success, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the on-site team to deliver the project to the highest standards.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets the required standards.

- Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential developments.
