Role Purpose
As the Site Manager, you will be at the helm of a major new development. Your primary goal will be to set up and lead project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of 85 high-quality homes. This role is pivotal within the organisation, as it continues its growth building on the back of another over-achieving year. Your leadership will drive the project forward, ensuring it meets all timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Site Manager – Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire site development from inception to completion.
- Set up and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations.
