Role Purpose

As the Site Manager, you will be at the helm of a major new development. Your primary goal will be to set up and lead project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of 85 high-quality homes. This role is pivotal within the organisation, as it continues its growth building on the back of another over-achieving year. Your leadership will drive the project forward, ensuring it meets all timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Site Manager – Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire site development from inception to completion.
  • Set up and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates.
  • Ensure the project adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.

Site Manager – Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience in site management within the residential construction sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

  • Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers.
