Senior Site Manager - Civils - Northumberland
£80,000 - £95,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Accommodation + Pension + Benefits
We’re working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Senior Site Manager into their team for a major data centre project in Northumberland.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong civils background who is looking to work on a genuinely large-scale project, while also joining a business that is well known for looking after its people and developing them internally.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing civils packages on a large-scale data centre project, working closely with the wider site and project teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required standard.

Requirements:
- Strong experience managing civils packages on large-scale projects
- Previous experience working for a main contractor
- The ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple works
- A strong focus on health, safety, quality and programme
- Commutable to Northumberland / willing to work away from home
Package
- £80,000 - £95,000 salary
- Company car or car allowance
