Senior Site Manager

Location: Ascot
Salary: Up to £78,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full-time

Adrian Fisher Associates is recruiting an experienced Senior Site Manager on behalf of a growing residential developer working on high-quality projects in the Ascot area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable construction professional to take ownership of site delivery, lead teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to an exceptional standard.

The role

As Senior Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the site and take responsibility for programme, quality, health and safety, and subcontractor performance. You will work closely with the wider project and commercial teams to maintain progress, resolve issues, and deliver a successful project.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily site operations from start through to completion
  • Leading, coordinating, and motivating site teams and subcontractors
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
  • Monitoring quality standards and managing inspections and snagging
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the site
  • Reviewing progress against the construction programme
  • Identifying potential delays and implementing practical solutions
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation
  • Supporting successful handover and completion

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within residential construction
  • A strong track record of delivering high-quality residential projects
  • Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • Sound knowledge of construction programmes, quality control, and health and safety
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of site delivery
  • The ability to maintain high standards while working to demanding deadlines

Applicants should hold valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.

The opportunity
