Site Manager – North West

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects across the North West. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing business delivering high-quality projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing daily site operations from commencement through to completion
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
  • Ensuring projects remain on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Chairing site meetings and providing regular progress reports
  • Building positive relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Identifying and resolving site issues efficiently

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven site management experience within the construction industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

Applicants should hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid qualification.

Values

  • Up to £5m but can be higher

Package

  • £55,000–£60,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a competitive benefits package

Location

  • Majority of projects based in or within reach of North West England
