Senior Site Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a Tier 1 main contractor delivering a prestigious private hospital fit out scheme.
With a strong pipeline of secured work, this is an excellent opportunity to join an established Tier 1 contractor with long-term project opportunities and a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-quality schemes.
The current project is a high-end private healthcare development, requiring an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in internal fit out and the ability to deliver exceptional standards of quality, programme and site management.
The Role
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of internal fit out works.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site teams.
- Manage construction activities in accordance with the programme, drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate multiple internal packages and manage interfaces between trades.
- Drive progress and ensure key programme milestones are achieved.
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of quality and workmanship.
- Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with health & safety requirements and project procedures.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Commercial Team, Design Team and wider site team.
- Attend site and coordination meetings and provide clear progress updates.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain programme and quality.

About You
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager, Site Manager or similar within a main contracting environment.
- Strong internal fit out experience is essential.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades on complex projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme management and site coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Relevant construction qualifications, including SMSTS and CSCS.

- Previous Tier 1 main contractor experience.
- Experience delivering healthcare, hospital or clinical environments.
- Experience on private hospital or high-end commercial/residential projects.
- Background in other complex or highly regulated sectors such as pharmaceutical, life sciences, education or premium commercial developments.
- Experience delivering projects where quality, finish and attention to detail are particularly important.
