Senior Site Manager
Build Award-Winning Homes with a Leading Housebuilder
A well-established and highly regarded residential developer is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a premium housing development.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Site Manager looking to take ownership of a flagship project. You'll be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring developments are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day site operations
- Lead and motivate direct staff and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Maintain build quality and programme targets
- Drive customer satisfaction and defect-free handovers
- Manage site logistics, resources, and project reporting

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing large-scale residential developments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality homes
- Industry recognition such as NHBC Pride in the Job, Seal of Excellence, or similar is highly desirable
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
