The Luxury Build Partner | Luxury Fit-Out & Interiors | London
The Luxury Build Partner brings together BECK London and HUB Build, specialist businesses delivering exceptional construction and fit-out projects across the luxury hospitality, high-end residential and premium interiors sectors.
Across the group, our teams combine technical expertise, craftsmanship and an uncompromising attention to detail to deliver complex, high-quality projects for our clients.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our interiors team and provide strong operational leadership across the delivery of complex, detail-driven projects. The role may sit within either BECK London or HUB Build, depending on project requirements and the successful candidate’s experience.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Director, you will take ownership of day-to-day site delivery, leading the site management team and ensuring construction activities are planned, coordinated and delivered safely, efficiently and to the exceptional quality standards expected across The Luxury Build Partner.
Working closely with the Project Manager, clients, consultants, designers, specialist subcontractors and the wider supply chain, you will provide clear leadership on site, drive progress against programme and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day operational leadership across the site or a significant project area.
- Leading and coordinating Site Managers, site teams, specialist subcontractors and supply chain partners.
- Driving delivery against the construction programme, milestones and short-term targets.
- Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, quality and workmanship.
- Managing sequencing across trades and identifying programme risks, resource requirements and potential delays.
- Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and design intent.
- Monitoring workmanship, materials and specialist finishes throughout construction.
- Overseeing site logistics, plant, materials and resource planning.
- Identifying and resolving technical, construction and buildability issues.
- Building effective relationships with clients, consultants, designers and project stakeholders.
- Maintaining commercial awareness and ensuring changes, delays and potential cost implications are identified and recorded.
- Leading completion, snagging and handover activities to achieve the required standard.

About You
You will be a highly experienced construction professional with a proven track record in a Senior Site Manager or equivalent senior site leadership role, including responsibility for significant projects or major sections of projects.
Experience within luxury fit-out, high-end residential, hospitality, refurbishment or similarly high-quality, detail-focused interiors is essential, alongside experience delivering complex projects involving bespoke finishes and specialist trades.
You will bring:
- Significant experience in a Senior Site Manager or equivalent senior construction management role.
- Strong leadership and people-management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate site teams.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, sequencing and site management.
- Proven experience managing specialist subcontractors and supply chain partners.
- Strong technical understanding, with the ability to interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.
- A thorough understanding of health & safety and quality management.
- Strong programme knowledge and the ability to anticipate and mitigate delivery risks.
- Commercial awareness, including an understanding of change, delay and cost implications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to make decisions and challenge constructively.
- Relevant site management and health & safety qualifications, including SMSTS and appropriate CSCS certification.
