About The Role
£43,526 - £51,098 + Car/Car Allowance + Up to 10% Bonus + Benefits Based at Victoria Road, Ruislip, but travel to other sites will be required. Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
What will I be doing?
This is your chance to support and guide the activities at our sites that help manage the recycling and recovery of waste collected across the area.
Under your guidance and leadership, the sites will run like clockwork, with you supporting the management of the daily activities for both operations and our teams performing at their very best.

What are the requirements?
This senior post calls for a proven track record in a similar role, managing a waste treatment / production facility or similar production orientated site before, having led and inspired teams.
- WAMITAB qualification is essential for this role
- Proven experience in Site Management or Senior Site Management role within a complex operational environment.
- Experience with managing site budgets
- Demonstratable experience of leading, developing and engaging teams.
- Experience with fixed & mobile plant
- Strong health, safety and environmental leadership, with a demonstratable commitment to maintaining high standards and creating a positive safety culture.
- Proven ability to use data and performance information to identify issues, make informed decisions and drive improvements.
- Experience in managing on site and external maintenance/contractors.
