Senior Site Manager (No.2) | Chertsey, Surrey | £70,000 - £75,000 + Package
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a leading residential developer as the No.2 on a flagship 300-unit timber frame development in Chertsey, Surrey.
Working alongside the Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering this large-scale scheme, managing subcontractors, driving programme, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring health & safety excellence throughout the build.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within volume housebuilding
- Strong timber frame construction experience
- Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and build quality
- Ability to manage trades, programme, and site operations effectively
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified
