  • Ensuring classes, registrations, breaks, lunch periods and collections run effectively
  • Taking ownership of operational problems and resolving them quickly
  • Ensuring every student is accounted for and appropriately supervised
  • Making appropriate on-the-day decisions without requiring constant direction from senior management
  • Maintaining consistently high standards across the centre

Staff Leadership & Teacher Standards

A major part of this position is managing people and improving quality.

You will:

  • Lead and manage teachers, administrators and other centre staff
  • Observe and assess teachers in the classroom
  • Evaluate teaching quality, classroom management, engagement and professionalism
  • Provide constructive feedback and clearly identify areas requiring improvement
  • Hold staff accountable for Brainology's expected standards

  • Ensure teachers are prepared and delivering a consistently high-quality experience
  • Ensure teachers provide complete and meaningful student feedback
  • Address performance, conduct, attendance and operational concerns
  • Support performance management where standards are not being met
  • Help create a culture of high standards, accountability and continuous improvement

Recruitment & On-Site Interviews

The Site Manager will also support Brainology's recruitment and selection process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
