Senior Site Manager – Education | Saturday Learning Centre
📍 Birmingham – Ark Victoria Academy (Small Heath) & Broadway Academy
🕙 Saturdays, 10:00am–2:30pm
💷 £120 per Saturday

Brainology is looking for experienced Senior Site Managers to take full leadership responsibility for our Saturday education centres in Birmingham.
We are specifically looking for senior education professionals with 10+ years of leadership experience who are confident managing teachers, staff, students, parents and the overall performance of a busy education centre.
This is not an administrative role. You will be the senior leader responsible for the centre every Saturday and will be expected to ensure Brainology's standards, processes and expectations are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full operational leadership of the centre every Saturday
- Lead, manage and hold teaching and support staff accountable
- Ensure lessons, classrooms and student experience meet Brainology standards
- Monitor staff performance and address issues immediately
- Ensure trial students are managed correctly and teacher feedback is completed in full and on time
- Oversee safeguarding, attendance, behaviour and centre compliance
- Support and communicate professionally with parents
- Ensure new students are onboarded smoothly
- Identify problems and implement solutions without requiring constant direction
- Provide clear weekly updates to Directors and Operations
- Work closely with the Admin and Operations teams, who will support the centre

Who We Are Looking For
You must have:
- 10+ years' experience within education
- Significant education leadership or senior management experience
- Experience managing and developing teaching staff
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and educational standards
- Confidence dealing with parents, staff and students
- Excellent organisation and accountability
- The ability to independently run a busy education centre

Experience as a Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Headteacher, Head of Department, Senior Education Manager or similar senior leadership position would be highly desirable.
We are looking for leaders who are proactive, organised and comfortable being accountable for the performance of their centre.

Hours: Saturdays, 10:00am–2:30pm
Day Rate: £120
