About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a well-established contractor delivering high-end fit-out projects across the Tayside region. This is a permanent opportunity offering strong long-term job security, backed by a consistent pipeline of secured local work.
The role is regionally focused, providing the opportunity to work on prestigious projects across Tayside without the need for extensive travel, while playing a key role in maintaining the company’s reputation for quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site operations on high-specification fit-out projects across Tayside
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Maintain excellent health & safety compliance across all sites
- Build and manage strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Lead projects from inception through to successful completion
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager
- Strong background in high-end commercial fit-out projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver to demanding specifications
