Senior Site Manager

Hours
- 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday

About the Role
As a Senior Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading the day-to-day construction of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards. You'll be working with a collaborative team, managing operational resources and building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve excellent outcomes.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering projects safely, on time, and to the required quality. Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading and motivating site operational staff to ensure full contribution to project success
- Implementing and complying with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Managing operational communications and relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Planning and managing operational requirements for internal and external resources
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget, to programme, and to client satisfaction

What We're Looking For
This role of Senior Site Manager is great for you if:
- You hold a CSCS card and SMSTS qualification
- You have demonstrated experience in a site management role with a proven track record in construction
- You're an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels and build strong relationships
- You have a proactive knowledge of health, safety, and environment management
- You're highly organised, IT competent, and driven to achieve high levels of client satisfaction
