We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a well-established residential developer on a 120-unit traditional build housing development.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take full responsibility for a flagship development, leading the site team from the front and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, to the highest quality standards and with an exceptional customer experience.
Working alongside an Assistant Site Manager, you will be the Number 1 on site, taking ownership of the day-to-day management of the development while fostering a positive, collaborative culture across the project.

- Managing all site operations from start through to completion.
- Leading and motivating the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Driving programme, quality, health & safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring homes are delivered to the highest standards.
- Building strong relationships with internal departments, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress to senior management.
- Creating a positive team environment where collaboration and communication are key.
About You
We are looking for a proven Senior Site Manager who has:
- A strong track record delivering traditional build residential developments.
- Experience working for well-recognised UK residential developers.
- Demonstrable longevity with previous employers, reflecting commitment, loyalty, and consistent performance.
- Previous experience as the Number 1 Site Manager on a residential development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for quality.
- The ability to build strong working relationships and lead by example.
- A team-first mentality with a collaborative management style.
