The Role Of The Senior Site Manager
As Senior Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a significant build project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with the wider project delivery team to achieve successful project outcomes.

Experience Required From The Senior Site Manager
We are open to candidates from a range of construction sectors, although experience within main contracting, large-scale build projects, or high-value internal fit-out packages would be particularly advantageous.
You Will Ideally Have
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large construction projects.
- A strong background delivering projects for a main contractor.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines.
- A strong focus on health & safety and quality.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
