Senior Site Manager – Sandyford, Dublin
I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a well-established Irish construction contractor on a permanent basis in Sandyford, Dublin.
This is a hands-on site leadership role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of delivery and keeping a project moving safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
What they’re looking for:
- 10+ years’ construction experience, ideally within an Irish main contractor
- Strong Site Manager / Senior Site Manager background
- Experience across residential, commercial or healthcare projects
- Proven subcontractor and site-team management
- Strong programme planning, sequencing and recovery experience
- Excellent Health & Safety leadership
- Experience with quality control, BCAR, RFIs and drawing/design coordination
- Confident dealing directly with clients, consultants and design teams
- Comfortable using construction planning and reporting systems

Salary: €80,000 base salary
Type: Permanent, full-time
I’m particularly interested in speaking with experienced Site Managers ready for the next step, as well as established Senior Site Managers looking for a strong long-term project in Dublin.
