Senior Site Manager – Sandyford, Dublin

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a well-established Irish construction contractor on a permanent basis in Sandyford, Dublin.

This is a hands-on site leadership role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of delivery and keeping a project moving safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

What they’re looking for:

  • 10+ years’ construction experience, ideally within an Irish main contractor
  • Strong Site Manager / Senior Site Manager background
  • Experience across residential, commercial or healthcare projects
  • Proven subcontractor and site-team management
  • Strong programme planning, sequencing and recovery experience
  • Excellent Health & Safety leadership
  • Experience with quality control, BCAR, RFIs and drawing/design coordination
  • Confident dealing directly with clients, consultants and design teams
  • Comfortable using construction planning and reporting systems

Salary: €80,000 base salary
