Your new company

This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's most respected and financially secure construction businesses. Our client has built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects across the defence, education, healthcare, commercial and industrial sectors, consistently securing repeat business through quality, innovation and exceptional project delivery.

With a strong track record of investing in its people, promoting from within and maintaining industry-leading staff retention rates, the business offers a genuine long-term career rather than simply another project. Their Scottish operation continues to grow, supported by a substantial order book and a pipeline of major projects across the country.

You will be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team that empowers its site leadership, values professional development and gives individuals the autonomy to make a real impact on project success.

Your new role

As Senior Site Manager, you will take a leading role in the delivery of a landmark £90m secure government project in Renfrew. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors and drive programme, quality and safety performance throughout the construction phase.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
