We're looking for an experienced Global Senior Social & Digital Content Manager to join one of the world's leading luxury wellness brands.

The Change Partners are seeking a creatively driven, commercially minded content leader with a deep understanding of social commerce and how brands scale performance through platform-native creative. This role is ideal for someone who thrives combining strong creative direction with a sharp eye for what drives engagement, acquisition and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the global social media strategy across social platforms.
  • Lead the brand's social commerce strategy with a strong focus on TikTok Shop and emerging social retail platforms.
  • Oversee the production of high-performing creative assets designed to drive engagement and conversion across paid and organic channels.
  • Manage creative production processes across photography, video, campaign visuals and social-first content, including briefing, timelines and delivery.
  • Work closely with performance marketing and ecommerce teams to ensure creative is optimised for paid media performance and scalable budget growth.
  • Identify, source and manage influencer and ambassador partnerships that align with the brand and drive credibility, reach and acquisition.
  • Build strategic partnerships with complementary brands to expand audience reach and drive collaborative campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimise strategy across all digital channels.

  • 5- 7 years' experience in social media, digital content or creative marketing roles, ideally within the health, wellness and beauty industry.
  • Deep understanding of organic social media strategy and audience growth.
  • Strong experience with TikTok Shop and social commerce platforms.
  • Experience using AI and agile production techniques, in-house and outsourced, to drive a lean and scalable production line.
  • Experience developing performance creative that supports paid social growth and scaling budgets.
  • Proven experience sourcing and managing influencer and ambassador partnerships.
  • Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how creativity drives revenue.
