The role:
Day-to-day you'll lead social campaigns for global artists, labels, film studios, and brands, campaigns that run internationally, centre on creator and content activity, and are expected to set the pace rather than follow it. You'll be the first port of call for your clients, liaising with senior teams and talent daily. This is a role for someone who's ahead on socials: you see formats, technologies, and movements coming before they land, you know what to do with them, and you want a place where your instinct gets backed with trust and real clients.
Your remit will run wider than delivery. You'll build out your own operational pod: hiring, managing, solving problems, and putting forward business cases for where we should go next. You'll shape and lead some of our social research projects, presenting findings to key executives at labels, studios, and brands, work that's pushing the front of how the industry understands its audiences. This role is designed to grow into a director position or agency senior management as we scale.
We're a small, fast environment, so the same day can hold a presentation to shape an international artist's next era, a content call where you're deep in the weeds on a live creator campaign, and a session with our developers where we're building our next defining technology. The right candidate thrives in this variety.
What you'll be leading:
- Creator & organic content-led social campaigns end to end for international releases and launches: creator strategy, briefing and management, social content strategies, paid amplification, and reporting.
- Client relationships day to day, including presenting to talent and key executives at labels, studios, and brands.
- Social research projects alongside campaign work: shaping the questions, engaging in deep quantitative and qualitative research, developing international strategies, and presenting findings to senior executives.
- Exploration of new formats, platforms, and technologies, turning what's coming next on socials into agency and client opportunities.
- Campaign teams: briefing creatives, managing freelancers, and hiring and managing your own team as your stream of work grows.
- Business cases for new services, tools, and directions, working directly with the founder on where the agency goes next.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- High-level creative taste, being able to ideate directly with creative teams and talent bringing a social performance edge to the conversation without compromising creative excellence.
- Comfort with data. Using our proprietary audience intelligence & campaign suite, you need to interrogate analytics, argue with them, and turn them into decisions. You should be able to contribute to the direction of our toolsuite as it develops.
- Experience handling high-level clients directly.

What matters more than your CV:
Show us a campaign you led, why it worked so well, and tell us what you'd do differently now. We care about how you think, what you noticed, and whether you can see around corners, more than the logos on your CV.
About us:
Alpha Bravo Studios is a boutique digital agency and consultancy collaborating with ahead-of-the-curve brands and talent to develop highly engaged audiences, foster real human connection, and ultimately deliver on business goals. We do so by connecting the dots between technology, audience intelligence, and execution, delivering campaigns that move at the speed of social conversation. Our clients are the disruptors setting the pace on socials, and our job is to keep them there.
Alongside client work, we launch ventures with our partners, developing technology, acquiring rights, and originating media projects, so the ceiling here is high. We want someone who sees this as a chance to get in early and build something meaningful, not just fill a role.
