Senior Social Content Creator
As a Senior Social Content Creator, you’ll help produce social-first video content from ideation, planning, and shooting mobile-shot video content. We're looking for a passionate social creative who loves creating social-first content for brands, across reactive, community-led, culture-first content as well as original content series - specifically for brands' TikTok and Instagram channels.
The right person knows how to craft and ideate a great social-first idea, as well as shoot on mobile/support on art direction, for both business-as-usual content and social campaigns.
You know how to translate trends and cultural movements into social-first narratives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ideation of social-first video content (TikTok & Reels).
- Writing full briefs and scripts for our production team to shoot.
- Assisting on shoots, ensuring our briefs land exactly how you briefed them to be - joining on shoot both in our in-house studio and on location.
- Self-shooting mobile-first & camera video.
- Editing social first content on tools such as Premiere Pro and in-app.
- Develop brands' look and feel on social media.
- Feature in content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
