Major Players is building a pool of senior conceptual creatives across social, culture, entertainment, and publishing for clients hiring in the coming months.
We're looking for creatives with experience leading creative briefs from conception to production handoff. This is not a designer opportunity; relevant candidates should have experience with content conception, copywriting, and pitch/treatment development.

Required Skills
- Strong conceptual creative experience with ownership of the briefs
- Clever and sharp copywriting, ability to distill a big idea into a headline
- A portfolio showing a range of work including copy, pitch decks, treatments, campaign storytelling
- Comfortable working across multiple live briefs at pace
Ideal Experience
- Previous mid or senior creative role at a consumer agency or relevant social/creative-led brand
- Cultural fluency: Gen Z/millennial trends, creator landscape knowledge
- Comfortable in small teams working directly with senior stakeholders
- Confident presenting ideas to clients and leading conversations
