Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Social Creative Manager to help shape how Wise shows up on social media feeds around the world.

This is a hybrid strategy and creative role for someone who can turn audience, cultural, and social platform insights into Wise original concepts to bring to life on our feeds.

You’ll set the strategic direction for always-on/BAU content, bigger campaign moments, and product launches that are social first.

You’ll work closely with our dedicated organic social channel managers, campaign activation team, and regional marketing teams to create and contribute to content that generates buzz online.

You’ll be a senior voice in the team, but this is also a hands-on role. You’ll be comfortable moving between strategy, ideation, creative development, and looking at content performance to inform what to do next.

Your mission

Help Wise create distinctive, culturally relevant content that helps us build brand fame on social.

We’re looking for someone to help us set new trends, not just follow them.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the development of social and creative strategies across always-on/BAU content, campaign activation, and reactive.
  • Turn audience research, platform insights, social listening, and cultural trends into clear, actionable content opportunities.
  • Develop original social-first concepts that can work across channels but native to TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube shorts.
  • Develop and use creative frameworks to help the team push creative boundaries every day - even for smaller reactive moments.
  • Work closely with channel specialists, production, and editors throughout development and production to ensure strategic concepts remain strong through to execution.
  • Knows how to balance long-term brand building with content that generates reach/buzz and meaningful engagement.
  • Build a responsive test and learn culture, working with the channel lead and channel specialists to stop/start/continue concepts and ideas.
  • Build strong relationships with Brand and Creative, Regional, and Campaign teams across Wise to create content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Keep Wise ahead of changes in social/trending culture, customer problems, platform formats, and creative best practice.
  • Help raise the bar in strategic and creative thinking across the team by sharing feedback and stress-testing concepts with channel managers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
