The PITCH

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Social Creative Producer who has a robust understanding of social media and global, fully integrated campaigns, experience with production, and a strong project management and operation skillset to help support the day-to-day running of one of the agency's biggest and most exciting accounts. We would love someone who has experience in both project management and production and feels confident in both spaces. This is an always-on role that moves daily, putting out creative content at a fast pace while also planning larger campaign initiatives.

Here’s where you come in…

  • Take the lead on the day-to-day planning and managing large, complex programmes of work with many work streams in their entirety, from brief to delivery.
  • Taking your plan and making it a reality by mobilizing the best teams (internal and external) around the vision, and providing a clear picture of expected outcomes.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of the social production, both internally and with clients, working closely with each member of the team ensuring each milestone is met on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with your Creative Lead to deliver the strongest possible social work, partnering with the wider creative team to give them the support they need to produce work of the highest quality.
  • Tracking all content throughout the social production process, supported by a more junior member of your team.
  • Resource management for your teams alongside the Creative Director and Resource Manager.
  • Financial progression, ensuring it is shared and assessed, taking the lead in suggesting and making adjustments to the project and team as needed.
  • Partner with the Account, Strategy, and Creative leads to ensure client expectations, creative vision, and agency needs are met from briefing through final delivery on projects.
  • Constantly identifying risks and solutions - being the problem solver in ensuring we remain agile and strategic throughout the project lifecycle.
  • May require managing a PM to support the project that you would lead.
  • Partner and support our internal creators to execute work to the best quality.
  • Oversee production budgets, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.
  • Organise and run pre-production phases including pre-production meetings.
  • Manage the post-production and delivery of assets through to final delivery, including tracking status and compliance of everything we produce.
  • Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews, and ensure the right people are seeing the right things before going to client.
  • Be client-facing to speak to budget, timing, resource & process considerations.
  • Write client SOWs, vendor agreements, change orders, and other contract documents.
  • Ensure Agency, Client, Vendor, and Legal processes and requirements are being met.
  • Overall, being solutions-focused; the go-to person to assess challenges, always identifying the opportunity for possibility.
  • Be the first point of escalation for issue/conflict resolution on all projects.
  • Grow relationships, have fun, and participate in VaynerMedia social engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you SHOULD KNOW about VaynerMedia

Think “lab” and not “agency”. We get excited about solving business problems, not creating advertising for the sake of making advertising. Our entrepreneurship DNA runs deep. We’re willing to break rules, try new things, and test hypotheses if it means better understanding our craft. It’s fun!

We believe 100% that brands can be built on digital platforms and part of our model is built bottom up, flipping the traditional advertising model and process on its head. We don’t play to agency/industry norms and our culture and energy reflect that.

Our environment (and pace) feels much more like a start-up than most agencies you might be used to. Hopefully that, and the opportunity to collaborate with the talented and enthusiastic crew, work with big brands excites you, as it does us. We can’t wait to meet you.
