The currency of the modern economy is attention. Our client helps brands earn it, using social data and behavioural psychology to predict how audiences will act, then creating the work that moves them. They are hiring a Senior Social & Digital Consultant to lead that work.

About the company

Our client is an independent, B Corp certified consultancy group made up of two businesses, one consumer-focused and one corporate, based in central London.

  • Consumer Business: A brand practice built for the attention economy, offering creative and influencer-led work.
  • Corporate Business: Covers B2B communications, reputation, and executive and personal brand work, a lot of it on LinkedIn.

They are data-led and behaviour-first, and they operate as a consultancy rather than a delivery agency. They start with how people behave, use insight and analysis to find the gaps between how audiences live digitally and how brands show up, then build the content, campaigns and programmes that close them. Their work is regularly recognised at industry awards, and their clients range from household-name automotive and hospitality brands to global financial services.

About the opportunity

This is a hands-on, mid to senior role for someone with consultancy experience who wants to grow, take ownership and lead standout work. You will run client accounts directly, advise clients with confidence, and connect the moving parts of a programme, from organic content and influencers through to paid media and asset creation, into results that can be proven.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
