Job Description

THE ROLE

The Senior Social Executive is responsible for delivering best-in-class social and editorial content across ASOS’s global channels, including but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Reporting into the Senior Social Manager you will help bring the ASOS brand to life through culturally relevant, editorially led, platform-native content that builds brand authority, improves brand perception and consideration, drives engagement, and strengthens the ASOS voice as a credible fashion destination.

You will sit at the intersection of social management, editorial storytelling, and performance insight, ensuring everything we publish is grounded in a clear brand point of view, optimised for how audiences behave across platforms, and delivering against both brand and content KPIs. Working closely with the Editorial Manager and Community Manager, you will help ensure ASOS’s editorial voice is expressed consistently, confidently, and with genuine fashion authority everywhere our audience encounters us.

Why This Role Matters

Social and Editorial content is at the core of ASOS’s transformation into a leading style authority and cultural fashion destination. This role is critical in ensuring that our content output is:

  • Consistently high quality, on brand, and editorially led
  • Aligned to platform behaviours and trends
  • Platform-native and responsive to cultural moments in real time
  • Informed by performance insights and audience intelligence
  • Driving measurable impact across engagement, reach, and brand consideration

By connecting social-first execution with editorial thinking and insight-led optimisation, you will help ensure ASOS shows up with a distinct point of view, at the right time, with content that resonates and builds brand equity and fame over time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
