A globally recognised entertainment and media group, home to some of the biggest shows on TV, is looking for a Senior Social-First Creative Lead. This is a rare chance to define a new function from the ground up, shaping both the strategy and the team around it, working across major titles and new launches, creating directly with the audiences who watch them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and build a brand new audience marketing function from scratch, defining process and approach as you go
  • Direct social-first content and video strategy across major entertainment titles
  • Build and directly manage relationships with creators and influencers, not just brief an agency to handle it
  • Collaborate with global broadcast and streaming partners on joint marketing initiatives
  • Identify and run owned paid and organic social activity, directing specialist agencies where needed
  • Present to and influence senior stakeholders across the business, pitching your own ideas and direction
  • Balance hands-on creative thinking with commercial and strategic planning, comfortable moving between marketing-led and commercially-driven social work, not just creative execution

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
