Why be a Senior Social Media & Influencer Executive at ESPA?
As a world recognised leader in the Spa and Wellness industry, ESPA International are looking for a talented and highly experienced Social Media and Influencer Exec to join our Brand team. As part of our global team, you will be responsible for shaping our global social media strategy, managing influencer partnerships across different markets, and creating captivating content that resonates with audiences worldwide.
As a Senior Social Media & Influencer Executive, you'll:
- Develop and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to engage our diverse global audience and drive brand awareness.
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with influencers and content creators in key markets to amplify our brand messaging and reach new audiences.
- You may be required to work with Influencer Agencies to drive forward our Influencer channel.
- Build clearly defined influencer rosters aligned with brand objectives, spanning both brand ambassadors and performance-driven creators.
- Proactively identify, outreach to and gift new influencers to continually grow and strengthen ESPA’s roster, partnering closely with the PR team to deliver a best-in-class gifting experience through tailored mailers.
- Collaborate closely with E-commerce and Marketing teams to optimise performance-driven influencer activity and ensure key targets are achieved (revenue).
- Support the negotiation and securing of effective influencer contracts, ensuring paid usage rights are in place to maximise content potential across performance marketing channels.
- Work closely with the Head of Performance on channel targets and budgets for the Influencer channel. Ensure COS% targets are achieved.
- Creating compelling and culturally relevant content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn and more.
- Monitoring and analysing social media performance metrics to optimise campaigns and drive engagement across different regions and channels.
- Staying informed on international social media trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Supporting on all new openings and key properties globally with particular emphasis on ESPA Life, Branded, Managed and Audit accounts.

What Skills and Experience do I need?
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both influencers, professional industry experts and audiences on a global scale.
- Strong understanding and experience of social media platforms including an enhanced understanding of their features, algorithms, and best practice.
- Creative thinking and the ability to come up with innovative and engaging content to elevate ESPA brand positioning that resonates with the audiences.
- Building and maintaining relationships with influencers and other industry contacts.
- Ability to analyse data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas of improvement.
- Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
- Vast understanding of influencer marketing trends.
- Flexibility and adaptability to an ever-changing landscape.
