Senior Social Media / Account / Project Manager · Shot Social · Remote · Full-time · £33,000 per year.
We grow some of the biggest founder and podcast accounts in the world. We're hiring a Project Manager to own several of them.
Read the standards below before you apply. They are high on purpose. If they sound like how you already work, we want to hear from you. If they sound like a lot, this is probably not your role in terms of output and speed, and that is completely fine.
What this role actually is:
Not a content creator, not a poster. A project manager who owns multiple client accounts from end to end. You run the pod that makes the work, you own the client relationship, you analyze the numbers, and you make sure every account hits its cadence and its standard, every single week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
