Job Title: Senior Social Media Content Manager
Location: London, EC2A 4PS
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE)
Shifts: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm (Monday and Thursday in office)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Content Manager to lead the creation of engaging, high-quality social-first content, with a strong focus on video. You’ll take ideas from concept through to delivery, ensuring content is platform-native, on-brand, and performing well across channels like TikTok, Instagram, and Meta. Working closely with the Head of Social & Content and wider teams, you’ll help shape content strategy, mentor junior creatives, and use performance insights to continuously improve results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and delivery of high-performing, social-first content, with a strong focus on video
- Oversee content calendars and ensure platform-native creative across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Take concepts from brief through to final execution, ensuring high creative standards
- Analyse content performance and optimise output to improve engagement and results
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver against agreed social strategies
- Mentor and support junior team members and external creators

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing within an agency or fast-paced brand environment
- Strong understanding of major social platforms, trends, and algorithms
- Hands-on experience creating and editing video and visual content
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
- Confident presenting ideas and performance insights to clients or senior stakeholders
- A creative mindset with strong storytelling skills and commercial awareness
