As Senior Social Media Content Producer, you will play a leading role in the planning, creation and delivery of content across our global social media channels. You'll have the opportunity to influence how we connect with fans around the world whilst helping shape the future of sports storytelling in Formula One and beyond.
This position is based at our headquarters in Brackley, with an onsite presence required three days per week.

- Partner with the Partner Communications team to deliver outstanding partner content and digital rights activations.
- Ensure social media supports wider digital objectives across the team’s website, CRM, e-commerce and other owned platforms.
- Support the Digital Operations Manager and relevant agency partners in the development and delivery of the paid social media strategy.
- Help shape and deliver the team’s community management approach across social media platforms.
- Maintain consistency with the team’s objectives, values, brand standards and wider storytelling ambitions.
- Identify emerging platforms, audience behaviours, technologies and creative opportunities that can strengthen the team’s output.
- Share social media expertise and best practices across the wider organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
