Morro is our newer, design-led co-living brand, offering all-inclusive living to working professionals. Everything from the bills to gym membership to co-working spaces is included in the monthly rent.
Join our marketing team and you'll help shape how both brands are seen and experienced, from content and campaigns to CRM and resident communications. You'll be part of a team pushing into emerging channels and formats, with real ownership over how we show up and the pace to move fast when a trend or platform shifts. Your main responsibilities include:
- Own the day-to-day social media strategy and content calendar across all channels, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand and can deliver value to Scape’s Gen Z audience
- Plan, create and schedule organic content including copy, video, photography and graphics across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other emerging platforms, tailored to prospective and current student audiences
- Confidently film, shoot and edit short-form video content in front of camera and on location across our buildings (using tools such as CapCut), building a strong bank of trend-ready assets for social
- Manage community engagement across all social channels, responding to comments, messages and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner, escalating resident or reputational issues where needed
- Support the development and execution of paid social campaigns, working with the wider marketing team and media partners to hit awareness, engagement and booking targets within budget
- Brief, manage and nurture relationships with content creators and influencers, providing clear guidance and feedback to keep output aligned with the social strategy and brand tone of voice
- Own social media performance reporting, tracking key metrics and platform trends, and turning insight into recommendations that improve future content and campaigns
- Support the wider content strategy, including web, blogs and email, ensuring social activity is joined up with broader campaign and comms plans
- Act as a brand champion for creative and tone of voice, staying ahead of platform trends and competitor activity to keep Scape's social presence market-leading
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows on behalf of the business

Key skills, attributes and experience
- Established social media all-rounder with a proven track record of growing engagement and following across multiple platforms
- Comfortable and confident in front of camera, with good video editing skills (e.g. CapCut) to turn around trend-led short-form video quickly
- Results orientated, independent and self-motivating, with a track record of achievement in a fast-paced environment
- Confident delivering a social media strategy independently or with third party agencies, with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practice
- Comfortable putting together briefs for influencers and content creators, and managing those relationships day to day
- Metrics-driven with a keen eye for creativity, able to translate performance data into actionable insight
- Adept at understanding market trends and platform developments, with well-developed interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams, agencies and creators
- Outstanding organisational and project management skills, able to handle multiple projects, multitasking and decision-making while meeting deadlines
- Creative and innovative, with the ability to work flexibly according to the needs of the business
- Confident using social media management, scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Later, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager)
