ABOUT THE JOB

As a Senior Social Media Executive, you’ll work alongside a Social Media Manager on all organic social media content & strategy, making sure our client’s content is on-brand, reaching the right people, and converting them into customers.

You’ll work on core social channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest. So if you're passionate about social media and content creation - then this is the role for you!

We're looking for someone who's social media obsessed and is full of unique ideas for content that can continue to innovate our client's brands.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work on social media content plans and strategy whilst constantly optimising content to achieve the absolute best results for clients, taking into account performance across different channels.
  • Applying original thought to create beautiful content for our clients using tools such as Canva, Photoshop & Adobe Suite etc.

  • You’ll help manage the client's social media communities by replying to comments & messages they receive.
  • You’ll build client relationships & manage the account you’re working with alongside our Social Media Manager.
  • Build reports for clients, so we can show them the results they’ve achieved from working with us.
  • Understand the social media algorithms and what content we should be creating.
  • Copywriting and scheduling content.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1+ years of social media management is required in an in-house or/or agency environment.
  • You want to build a career in Social Media Marketing and see yourself growing within a fast-growth agency.
  • You are an enthusiastic & passionate person who genuinely cares about your work and wants to do your best.
  • You enjoy being creative.
  • You'll have strong organisational skills.
  • Curious and adaptable: it’s a fast-moving industry, and social advertising is even more so, products change and adapt weekly, and you must be happy with keeping up to date with changes and learning about how they may impact our output.
